You are worthy💙

Every second, somewhere in the world, someone ends their life.💔

“Suicide is not a solution to your problems and it will never be.”

Since, today is World Suicide Prevention Month! Let’s talk about it.

You might be suffering emotionally but please let me help you.

If you guys can’t handle things at school or at work, pause for a moment and start over.

If you think you’re losing yourself, please look above. Someone is looking at you and he is powerful than your problems.

If you think, you need someone to listen call a friend.

Go out for coffee or tea and spend time with them.

Don’t ever think to yourself that you’re just having problems. Don’t listen to others if they tell you “nag iinarte ka lang” that’s not a friend.

Your job is to overcome the obstacles that hinders you to be happy.

Your job is to be yourself no matter what and live happily.

Don’t let negativity surround you, BREAK AWAY FROM IT!

Yes, some people might think you’re Okay, pero deep inside your mental health is getting worse.

And I think that’s the reason why it’s very important to educate ourselves and others about Mental Health. What is Mental Health? Asking are you ok? If you ever need an ear I’m here.

It’s okay, not to be okay.

Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionMonth !

Let’s stop the STIGMA!✋🏻

Sis

To give oneself is the only means to create oneself as a person.

To love is to sacrifice

To be available means to forget oneself,

to be open, to give credit to another.

But commitment is never perfect.

The oceans are waving,

And I found myself there.

I’m walking on a sand,

while the sun hits my skin.

As I walk around,

I look on my footprints.

I followed it and

I found something.

I look up above,

And the sun is smiling.

I hear the sound of waves,

That makes me remind a thing.

I found a bottle and took it up.

Inside the bottle there is a letter.

I opened it, and it was a letter wrote by someone who’s struggling in her life.

While reading the letter,

my tears fell down.

I don’t know why

but I can feel all her struggles in her life.

Struggles that makes her life miserable.

Struggles that makes her depressed

And that makes her thinking to destroy her life.

Her life wasn’t easy, I know she’s been through.

But despite of those difficulties in her life

She was able to rise again and fight those challenges.

She surround herself with good people that help her to know and get herself back.

Yesterdays are part of our life that reminds us and challenge us to look on the bright side of our future life.

She was not who she was a year ago and that brings her so much peace.

I could say that this woman who wrote this letter is not just a woman rather a woman who has a strong heart that never surrender despite of her struggles in life.

I know sis, life is not easy but always remember that you’re not alone because God is also fighting for your life. ☝🏻

Question for the day

Tuesday Morning,

The weather is fair.

Rainy season is here,

The body needs warm.

Students entered,

Teacher asked a question.

What’s your biggest decision

you’ve ever made so far?

The students replied,

With deep thoughts in their mind.

Shared different stories,

with the tears in their eye.

Listening to them,

Makes my heart open.

Being with them,

Makes my tears fell down

Now, it’s my turn

And couldn’t stop myself

For being emotional,

And sensitive person.

My hands are shaking,

And my tears are falling.

Remembering my past,

Makes me more vulnerable.

I was in a dark room,

When My eyes are opened.

Imagination is too strong,

That weakens my body.

Sleepless nights,

Thinking of what happened

And there was a time,

Thinking of ending myself.

No one understands,

The pain inside

I couldn’t speak,

But my tears replied.

The pain of yesterday,

Changed my whole life.

From being dauntless,

To being anxious.

I thought to myself,

I will not make it.

But I heard a voice,

Saying “Get up my Child!”

Embracing your fears,

And overcoming your traumas

Is the only way to get out of that pain

I thank God for letting me shine again

Standing in front,

And sharing my past

It’s not easy,

But I know I can make it.

I may not be the same person,

Of yesterday

But I’m still the person,

At the moment.

The pain of yesterday,

Really changed my life.

But I didn’t let it consumed me,

Because God gave me a light.

There was a person,

Who’s heart is strong.

She listened to us,

And no tears in her eyes.

We asked the same question,

And she replied with confidence.

She started to open her heart,

And shared her experiences too.

Knowing one part of her life,

Is an achievement for us.

She maybe a terror teacher

But her heart is full of kindness.

Thank you teacher,

For being opened to us.

Thank you teacher,

For your efforts and kindness.❤️

Eco-Walk☘️

Sunday Morning,

When the sun is shining.

I look up to the sky,

The sun is smiling.

Look at the trees,

And the bushes.

They’re growing bigger

And taller.

Look at the flowers,

And the birds.

They’re blooming,

And sweetly singing.

Embrace the weather,

with your friends together.

Cherish the moment,

With full of enjoyment.

As you walk around,

You suddenly stopped,

You look for a place,

And tie your shoelace.

You found something,

And makes your heart breaking.

You feel pity,

For being haughty.

People don’t care about it,

But you throw it up.

People don’t think about it,

But you think of it.

Cleaning and Caring,

Is better than Ignoring.

What you do,

Is a reward for you.

Save our mother earth,

And be kind to it.

Make it bountifully,

And do it peacefully.

Be a good leader,

And a good follower.

Star with yourself,

And be a good example.

There is faith,

If you trust.

And there is hope,

If you desire.

There is peace,

If you believe.

And love,

That last forever.

Technology as a way of Revealing

In todays society, Technological advancements are apparently happening in a rapid pace that human morality cannot quite keep up.

And this “Generation Gap” attributed mainly to the changes brought about by technology.

Technology in this world affects human lives like clothings (OOTD, Trending outfits etc) and

Cultures which includes the Gender Equality, Languages, Rights (LGBT, VAWC, Human rights).

Technology can either be perceives as a means to achieve man’s end and constitutes human activity however the significant of technology is not all technological (Martin Heidegger)
